Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may withdraw from the purchase of standard, non-personalised products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please notify us of your decision within 14 days by emailing info@lilodog.net and include your order number.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards.

You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Personalised products

Products personalised with a name or made according to individual measurements or other specific customer instructions cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal where they qualify as goods made to the consumer's specifications. 

This does not affect your rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We currently do not offer free returns. 

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the returned product.

For a valid withdrawal, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may return an eligible standard, non-personalised product in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order.
